CREAMY DESSERT MADE IN A BLENDER

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz / 354 ml)
  • 1 cup of whole milk (8 oz / 250 ml)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream (8 oz / 250 ml)
  • 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (0.25 oz / 7 g) dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the Gelatin: In a small bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of hot water. Let it sit for a few minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Blend on medium speed until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Add the Gelatin: While the blender is running, slowly add the dissolved gelatin and continue blending for 2-3 minutes to ensure everything is well mixed.
  4. Cook the Mixture: Pour the mixture into a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (about 10-15 minutes). The mixture should have a pudding-like consistency.
  5. Refrigerate: Once the mixture is ready, pour it into individual molds or a large mold and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Serve: Unmold the dessert and serve it chilled. You can garnish with fresh fruits, whipped cream, or chocolate chips.
