Ingredients:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
- 1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz / 354 ml)
- 1 cup of whole milk (8 oz / 250 ml)
- 1 cup of heavy cream (8 oz / 250 ml)
- 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (0.25 oz / 7 g) dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water
Instructions:
- Dissolve the Gelatin: In a small bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of hot water. Let it sit for a few minutes until completely dissolved.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Blend on medium speed until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the Gelatin: While the blender is running, slowly add the dissolved gelatin and continue blending for 2-3 minutes to ensure everything is well mixed.
- Cook the Mixture: Pour the mixture into a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (about 10-15 minutes). The mixture should have a pudding-like consistency.
- Refrigerate: Once the mixture is ready, pour it into individual molds or a large mold and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve: Unmold the dessert and serve it chilled. You can garnish with fresh fruits, whipped cream, or chocolate chips.
