With Charlie’s guidance, the faucet was fixed in a matter of minutes. Jake marveled at how easy it seemed when someone actually knew what they were doing. “I thought I had it,” Jake admitted sheepishly. “But maybe I should stick to fixing my breakfast.”
Charlie laughed. “It’s all good. We all start somewhere. You just learned a few things the hard way.”
After the faucet incident, Jake moved on to other tasks around the house. The door that wouldn’t close properly was next.
