Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. On a plate, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Rub each pork chop with olive oil, then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture onto the pork chops to ensure they are well-covered.
  3. Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 40-45 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
