Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- On a plate, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Rub each pork chop with olive oil, then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture onto the pork chops to ensure they are well-covered.
- Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 40-45 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
