  • Punch down the risen dough to release any air bubbles. Turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball and place them in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish or on a baking sheet, leaving a little space between each roll for expansion.

  • Cover the shaped rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise again for about 30-45 minutes, or until nearly doubled in size.
