Ingredients:
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 250ml warm milk
- 75g sugar
- 75g butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 packet of dry yeast (7g)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar, and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix in flour, butter, egg, and salt. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise until doubled.
- Shape into rolls, place on a baking tray, and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
