Ingredients:

  • 1 liter fresh milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 cups flour
  • 8 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 eggs mixed with vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients:
    • In another bowl, beat the eggs with vanilla. Add the sugar and mix well. Then add the milk and stir until combined.
  4. Combine All Ingredients:
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Bake:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
